Are You Ready? Exercise Challenge #3 - May 12-17


IT'S TIME TO GET MOVING

Exercise Challenge #3: Get outside, Get active, Get moving!   We want each person going on trek to keep track of the number of minutes they participate in physical activity during the week of May 12-17. Do you walk, bike, run, swim?  Sure PE at school counts.  In these 6 days how many minutes are you up and moving?  Take the dog for a walk!  Anything can count as long as you are moving.  With TREK just a month away Now is the time and today is the day! 

While you are at it share your progress:
  • Post a picture of you and your friends taking on walk on Instagram
  • Tweet your best 5K time this week on Twitter
  • Share on Facebook about the Hike you just took
  • or post on the Blog about the sweet ride your on.
No matter what you choose to do this week - shout it out!  Let the world know that you are going on TREK with the Glenmoor stake.  and don't forget to use the hashtag:  #glenmoortrek.
