Walk 5 miles in May


With TREK just around the corner, now is the time to get walking, especially in the socks and shoes that you will be wearing on TREK. 

This month plan to walk at least 5 miles in the shoes and socks that you will be wearing on TREKYou will be happy that you did!

It's also a good time to review the packing list to see what other items you will need.
