The Results are in!

Congratulations to all 227 individuals who participated in Exercise Challenge #1. Collectively we put in more than 98,000 minutes in six days.   Here are the individual ward results:

Get moving!   Keep track of the number of minutes you exercise (or something like it) this week (March 10-15).

Shout it out! post your activity on the Facebook site or twitter, make sure you use the hashtag #glenmoortrek.


Report: On Sunday let your TREK coordinating couple know the number of minutes (not miles) you were active this week. Which ward will have the most participants and the most minutes?

It's Time...

It's Time to Register

March is TREK registration month.  We need each participant and their parent or guardian to complete and return their registration form to their ward contact person.

We wouldn't want to go without you - get registered!

It's Time to Get Moving

Exercise Challenge #1: Get outside, Get active, Get moving!   We want each person going on trek to keep track of the number of minutes they participate in physical activity during the week of March 10-15.

Do you walk, bike, run, swim or ski?  Sure PE at school counts.  In these 6 days how many minutes are you up and moving?  Take the dog for a walk, your Mom will be thrilled!

As you get active, let us all know: post your activity to the Facebook site or tweet when you are doing (#glenmoortrek).

At the end of the week we'll see which ward has the most participants? Which has the most minutes and which is the most active?
